Que a felicidade vire rotina!

Felicidade
É viver na sua companhia
Felicidade
É estar contigo todo dia
Felicidade
É sentir o cheiro dessa flor
Felicidade
É saber que eu tenho seu amor

Felicidade
É saber de verdade
Que a gente sente saudade
Quando não consegue se ver
Felicidade
É acordar ao seu lado
Tomar um café reforçado
Depois sair para correr com você

Felicidade
É poder jogar um pano
Colar no show do Caetano
Cantar odara até o dia raiar
Felicidade
É no fim de semana
Curtir uma praia bacana
E um pôr do sol de arrasar

Acordos em sala

" Si tu vens as quatro da tarde, desde as três eu começarei a ser feliz"

Morning meeting!

This morning we brainstormed some "living agreements". We modeled positive behavior and class expectations. Students are involved in our decision making and each voice plays a fundamental music note in our symphony. We will work on it next week, simplifying our agreements and making them work. Today we modeled : Bag, arrival, and morning meeting procedures and routine.

Morning Meeting is an engaging way to start each day, build a strong sense of community, and set children up for success socially and academically. Each morning, students  gather together in a circle for 10 to 15 minutes and interact with one another during four purposeful components:
  1. Greeting: Students and teachers greet one other by name. They greet the day by singing a song.
  2. Sharing: Students share information about important events in their lives. Listeners often offer empathetic comments or ask clarifying questions.
  3. Group Activity: Everyone participates in a brief, lively activity that fosters group cohesion and helps students practice social and academic skills (for example, reciting a poem, dancing, singing, or playing a game).
  4. Morning Message and Calendar: Students read and interact with a short message written by their teacher. The message is crafted to help students focus on the work they’ll do in school that day.

Who We Are

Central Idea: We are the result of ethical and moral values and beliefs constructed by social organizations.

Somos o resultado de valores éticos e creenças construídas pela organização social.

Upcoming activities: Students will research about the nature of fables, finding out about their origins and their meanings. Students will discuss the moral of each fable and make connections with their immediate reality. We will create a Folktale chart! We will find out that there are different types of Folktales.

Students will get exposed with our IB learner attitudes: TOLERANCE, RESPECT AND EMPATHY.

Love,

Ms. Carla

Morning Chant

Good morning dear earth
Good morning dear sun
Good morning dear resting stones
and beast on the run
Good morning dear flowers
and birds in the trees
Good morning to you, good morning to me.

Morning Song

Year 4 ( A or B)
Every morning you greet me
Come to play
and create
I am happy to see you
Blossom of life
may you bloom and grow,
Bloom and grow forever.
Year 4 ( A or B)
Let´s read and write together

Afternoon Chant

Welcome noon
here you are
with your beautiful sunshine
come to play and create
let´s sing this again
read with me, talk to me, dance with me so happily!
let´s begin, take a sit very calmly.

Count on Me
If you ever find yourself stuck in the middle of the sea,
I'll sail the world to find you
If you ever find yourself lost in the dark and you can't see,
I'll be the light to guide you
Find out what we're made of
When we are called to help our friends in need
You can count on me like one two three
I'll be there
And I know when I need it I can count on you like four three two
You'll be there
'Cause that's what friends are supposed to do, oh yeah
Whoa, whoa
Oh, oh
Yeah, yeah
If you tossin' and you're turnin' and you just can't fall asleep
I'll sing a song
Beside you
And if you ever forget how much you really mean to me
Everyday I will
Remind you
Ooh
Find out what we're made of
When we are called to help our friends in need
You can count on me like one two three
I'll be there
And I know when I need it I can count on you like four three two
You'll be there
'Cause that's what friends are supposed to do, oh yeah
Oh, oh
Yeah, yeah
You'll always have my shoulder when you cry
I'll never let go
Never say goodbye
You know you can
Count on me like one two three
I'll be there
And I know when I need it I can count on you like four three two
And you'll be there
'Cause that's what friends are supposed to do, oh yeah
Oh, oh
You can count on me 'cause I can count on you

Group Project Guidelines

Remember, your google slides presentation HAS to follow this sequence. You can add more slides that are related to the topic. You can´t copy and paste from the internet. All of your slides have to contain your OWN work. A great google slides or power point presentation should have important information in a concise manner. Students should NOT read the slides, they should know the information. Slides help your audience to visualize what you are talking about. Special effects are fun but don´t overdo it, you don´t want your audience to get distracted and loose track of what your project is about. Your font should be formal, keep it simple. Last but not least, I want to hear all of your group members voices, one is NEVER enough.

  1.  Title : " Name of your country" economic activities. Group members names.
  2.  General information about your country
  3. Why did you choose this country?
  4. Definition of "economic activity"
  5. Levels/sectors of economic activity
  6. Economic activity of your country ( major economic activities)
  7. Product or MAJOR economic activity/levels of that product
  8. Group reflection - group engagement, what did you learn? Future recommendations

Resultado de imagem para model word

Your model has to represent the levels/sectors of the main economic activity ( product) that you chose. During the presentation each member will be responsible for a certain level.
